Not organize enough to deal with the route cause of the problem. Always rushing in to make a quick fix and it typically ends up bad. Had to re cement a crown 5 times in a period of 24 months. Finally he wanted to fix it, but grinned the tooth next to bad crown. Ended up replacing two crowns in one time. Big mistake, because since then I've not been able to chew on that side.
1. Read the patient chart before attempting to make a fix.
2. Stop nickle and doming and do the job right the first time.
3. Bad attitude as he seems to be running short on cash....
In summary, his overall attitude is all about quick fix and fishing at the bottom for small cash... I'd imagine he's best to deal with cavity filing and not crown work.
