I hadn't been to my dentist in 5 years and it started to bug me. But I had moved so I had to find a new one. I came across Dr. Shazi by chance and thought I would give her a try. From the very beginning she was kind and straightforward with me. I've always hated Novocaine shots but now I don't feel as nervous about getting them as I used to due to her reassurance. Her staff are very friendly and gentle if they are the ones working on your teeth. Sue, at the front desk, is very nice. I sometimes have insurance claims problems and they are very nice about it and keep me updated. I highly recommend her and her lovely staff.
