Positive: Dr. Hoy was very professional to me and seems competent.
Negative: His implants and veneers are expensive. The equipment looks old and run down. He doesn't treat his assistant very nice. The people who work there generally don't seem happy to be there.
About Front Desk: The front desk people seem nice, especially Ida (spelling?)
About Hygienist: The hygeniests are all very nice and seem to do good work. I prefer to be treated by Arline.
