Hygienist and dentist backup were excellent - gentle, and thorough.
Office staff - great!!! Excellent help/support with billing.
Dr. Mattingly, his dental assistant and lab had difficulty fitting me with crowns that allowed for my bite to work prorperly. Dr. Mattingly also, unfortunately was not able to find source of original pain complaint; and eventually referred me to root canal doctor who was unwilling to complete the treatment on the fourth root, which resulted in the tooth having to be extracted. My circumstances may not be reflective of those usually experienced, but did lead me to finding another dentist. Because of the cooperativeness of staff and Dr. Mattingly I give an overall rating of 3.
