Dr. Rivera has to be the best dentist in the San Fernando Valley. Not only are his prices reasonable, his dental care is top notch. He cares deeply for his patients and it is evident in his chair-side manners. You can tell he loves what he does, and it definitely shows in the quality of work that he provides. He also has a very polite and helpful staff. I highly recommend him to others.
