Dr. Tong is absolutely marvelous. He's soft-spoken and extremely kind, and he has the most gentle hands I've ever experienced. I've never felt a bit of discomfort, and I've had 3 root canals at his facility. His touch is nearly magical! He has a wonderful chair-side manner, and patiently explains what he is doing as he goes along. Not that it really matters, because I never feel a thing anyways. The receptionists are all very friendly and sympathetic, and accomodating with billing. The facility is small but more then serviceable.
