dentist did regular x-rays and did not catch grossly decayed wisdom tooth that was infected. she diagnosed me with tmj without even doing an oral exam; she would have caught the real problem if she would have spent the time to do a panoramic x-ray which my insurance would have covered but she was too cheap to do the first time. by the time my tooth had disintegrated and I had a gaping hole they finally did the panoramic but we incapable to doing the extraction in the office.earlier that day, I left a phone message in their voicemail indicating that I had a dental emergency and after 3 hours I walked into the office to let them know I needed to be seen asap. The front office said that they got my message but were too busy to call me back. I suffered for over 6 months with an oozing tooth infection that was effecting my entire body.
