Dr. Taylor bought the practice of my former dentist, who retired. His staff is wonderful and the facilities very nice and up to date. He was able to immediately diagnose some long time tooth pain as a cracked tooth, which my former dentist had not diagnosed.
However, I had the following negative experiences a crown that cracked one day after it was applied (Dr. Taylor redid this at no charge); he cut my tongue during a procedure, requiring one suture; a staff member discussed another staff member's absence due to a medical problem); another crown became infected and had to be redone (I had moved by then and Dr. Taylor did not have the chance to try and rectify this; in all honesty I can say I would not have returned even if I had not already moved). I can't say if this was simply a string of bad luck or bad care.
