Dr. Dykes was referred by a friend. His staff was warm, efficient, and very positive people. I found the tour and explaination of the water filtration system very cool. I need a lot of work. I have had bad dental experiences. This was an experience like nothing I have ever had. Dr. Dykes took 2 hours explaining to me why I needed what I needed. He explained things so detailed and interestingly, that I feel like a understand my mouth better than ever before. We have not even begun the work, extensive work, needed to bring my mouth out of pain and back to being healthy and functioning, yet I have been cleaning my teeth 5 and 6 times a day to stay on top of the bacteria that lives in our mouths, since our consultation. I feel the time and energy it took to help me understand my mouth and my needs, shows that Dr. Dykes really cares about people and their teeth. His staff are supportive and tried to help me find ways to finance my huge dental needs. As I said before, this was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I now have a thorough understanding of my teeth and mouth, and of the work I need done, and the benefits for a healthy mouth for the rest of my life. If only this style of dentistry was the mainstream...Thanks, Dr. Dykes!
