A generally pleasant experience. There is always nice music playing, which enhances relaxation. The office follows up on insurance billing and questions. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Jackson. He's honest about his recommendations, not suggesting lots of periodontal work like so many dentists are doing these days to line their pockets.
The crowns he has done for me are the best fitting I've ever had.
