The staff is very helpful and pleasant to be around. Dr. Anderson is also a very knowledgeable dentist who shoots straight and doesn't candy coat anything. I was also very happy because when I had a cavity filled, I told him I was terrified of needles--he did it quickly and cooly (another dentist left me in the chair terrified for half and hour). He also has a practical approach that I like--he will try out treatments on himself and his staff, then will use what actually works.
The staff worked seemingly endlessly with my insurance company to straighten out some issues. They are also very personable and do their best to make the trip as comfortable as they can. I was also very happy because one of the technicians spent a long time hand-cleaning my teeth because of some bad staining caused by Crest Pro-Health mouthwash. She explained that it took longer and likely wasn't pleasant for me, but she felt that she could do the work more accurately and cleanly than the machines could.
I could go on for awhile, but it is all of the little things that add up. Between Dr. Anderson and his great staff, I have received the best dental care that I could have ever asked for--and I fully intend to keep visiting them for years to come.
