Went in to get my wisdom teeth out. I was terrified so I decided to try nitrous gas to calm me down. He put the gas on when he was giving me the novocaine shots, and I definitely felt it. It calmed me down. Then he turned it off while we were waiting for me to get numb and he had to assist another person. That's understandable I guess. Then they said they were turning it back on but I felt absolutely NOTHING. I knew what it should have felt like from when he turned it on the first time and this time there was nothing. Absolutely nothing. I stopped and mentioned THREE times during the procedure that the gas wasn't on. I even just asked them to take off the mask since there was nothing coming out and it was in the way. They just said that it was fine... I was shaking and crying the whole time. Oh but of course they don't mind charging the $65 for the gas. I would bet on anything it wasn't on or that it was being so lowly administered that it was pointless. I'm furious. I don't have an extra $65 to pay. I did it because I was so scared. It has nothing to do with the staff not being friendly, because they are. But I will never go to this place again and I recommend against it for anyone.
