I highly recommend Dr. Dobbin for his wealth of experience, his care for me as a patient, for his state-of-the-art facilities, and for keeping staff who are good at what they do. I am very pleased with the crown Dr. Dobbin gave me, and I felt his charges were very reasonable. In fact, when I went to have the crown put on, they couldn't find the crown and thus couldn't do the work that day. When I expressed my irritation with having to make another visit, Dr. Dobbin took me aside, asked me what he could do to make it up, and he very politely reduced my bill. My crown had been misfiled by staff under my husband's last name, while I hyphenate using my maiden name first! While Dr. Dobbin let me know of treatments available for discolored teeth, I feel he has been good about informing me without pressuring me.
