Dr. Mock is wonderful but his customer service/front office staff woman is terrible. She is rude, unkind and lacks compassion. My husband and I left this office because of such poor customer service. And, unfortunately his dental hygenist's personaliity is inconsistent as well. She can be very warm and friendly and then quite cold and apathetic when we call to speak to her about a problem.. We would have stayed patients of Dr. Mock's if it were not for his staff's unkind treatment. We did speak to his office manager about the situation and she seemed to appreciate the feedback. Yet, we don't believe she moved forward with our complaint because we never heard back from Dr. Mock . We found a wonderful dentist named, Dr. Kent Frisbie. He insists that should we ever have problems with his front staff, to speak to him personally about it . We appreciate that !
