Dr. Tao is very caring, kind and considerate, even when she is giving you the flasing lecture. She puts you at ease when she knows you are nervous. Very good with her injections, makes them as painless as possible. She doesn't do things that don't need to be done to your teeth. She lets you know what has to be done right now and what can wait. Her staff is very friendly and kind. Her front office staff will pre-sert to your insurance company so you know just where you stand with your bill before the procedure is performed. Dr, Tao is an out of network dentist for us, but we don't care, we love her. Highly recommend her.
About Hygienist: Never seen the hygienist, Dr Tao always cleaned our teeth.
