Dr. Carter started a crown, which in turn led to my need for a root canal. When icalled the office complaining of pain she was reluctant to acknowledge my discomfort or give me any help. I was forced to find an endodontist on my own for a root canal. The next dentist I saw said that one of the two crowns Dr. Carter gave me had been unnecessary.
