Utterly excellent. A root canal can actually be quite DANGEROUS. If the infection is not treated well, it can be literally deadly. Eric is a perfectionist. 1) first he does an expert diagnosis - utterly the best equipment - amazingly detailed Xray scanner. Then, and even before the xRay, topical anesthetic and no pain at all. Then, when, as my dentist said, I needed a root canal - utterly the best. 2) three, relatively pain free shots to get utterly numb. not a bit of pain. A bit of smell - he is drilling, after all. A little vibration. He did all the treatment. 3) perfect outcome. Back a week later - remove the inserted anti-biotic. Utterly numb, again. Excellent staff. They treat you like an honored guest. They warned me - pain about 48-72 hours later so take your tylenol as they want to get your body ready for the tiny bit of swelling and pain. Just the best. I know of more than one person who has DIED from bad dental work in the 3rd world and in the USA. Patients come from Hawaii and Las Vegas to Eric to get him to fix the work OTHER dentists can't get right. This is the guy. He is quiet, professional, utterly a perfectionist. This is what you want. A technical pro. This is the place.
About Front Desk: Barbara and Irene were so nice. They do everything to make sure you are comfortable. When B was assisting him doing the work, I had nothing to do but watch, so I counted. They did about 400 bits of work in less than an hour. Around 400 key medical procedures. About 1-5 seconds each. Do you want to trust such a key medical procedure to someone else? No. I have been treated by many doctors for injury - and this is an utterly professional place. Wish they could fix my back!
