A very personable, family-friendly practice, with the best hygienists I have had anywhere. Everyone is very friendly, and although (someone noted) the front-desk clerk can be a little stern, she's not unfriendly. When I had to have an expensie dental procedure, Dr. Hartman laid out all of the options in detail -- both the cost and the expected outcome. (His recommendation was not the cheapest, but I was able to make my own decision about it.)
