I used to be afraid of going to the dentist......I would put off going for as long as possible, usually making matters worse. Dr. Glucksman has taught me not to fear the dentist. He is kind, gentle, with a pleasnt chairside manner. He is very understanding about fearful patients. I am very pleased with the quality of his work; I've only had good results from my visits to him.
Most of his staff are polite and helpful, although I've had one or two visits when the hygienist was too rough and a bit on the snippy side. One hygienist put a temp crown on with permanent bond and it had to be drilled off. Dr Glucksman was understanding about my complaints and handled the problem with professionalism and in an appropriate manner.
I recommend him to all my friends looking for a new dentist. Dr Glucksman is my dentist and I never want to change dentists again!
