I went in to have three cavities filled. Dr. Ranta drilled the teeth then left the room. A dental "Tech" then filled the cavities and filed part of one tooth. The process was never explained to me nor was the Denatl Tech introduced to me- Dr. Ranta simply left the room and the other employee began to work on my teeth. She was very rough and spoke poor English. When she was finished she had another dentist (not Dr. Ranta ) examine her work. This dentist merely looked in my open mouth without instruments for less than two seconds and approved the Tech's work. I never saw Dr. Ranta again during that visit. All teeth that were worked on are in constant pain even weeks afterwards even though they never hurt prior to treatment.
