Dr Ligon is great, too bad I can't say the same for the rest of the staff members working for him. The other staff were very rude and impersonal. At one point the front secretary left personal info of another patient within my view. I was able to see the other patients address and dental history, I'm pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation. I will not be returning to Dr. Ligon's office in the future
About Front Desk: Very poor costumer service skills. Fails to protect patient info. Needs more insurance training as well as proper mannerism.
