Talked me out of additional anesthesia for procedure (epico that turned out to be very painful (and afterwards he attributed the pain to anxiety). Didn't listen to me when I complained it was the tooth next to the one that he performed procedure upon. Tooth I originally complained about still has pain 6 months later. Billing practice is to pay for procedure in advance and I was informed this was my entire portion (they call my insurance carrier). I was then billed for additional amount and was told what I paid before the procedure was only an estimate.
