Everything is good, except they tell you your insurance will cover something and it doesn't, so you end up paying out of pocket because they don't seem to communicate to well between the front desk and the person doing the billing and insurance claims. I think they are trying to make more money by getting you to agree to procedures/x-rays that they say will be covered but won't be. We've had this happen several times in the 9 years we were patients here. So we've decided to search for a new dentist.
