Dr. Kempton is a wonderful lady. But the rude douche(her husband) at the front desk is absolutely terrible. I tried to reschedule my appointment and all he could keep saying is it's going to be $50 for a missed appointment, he said I could get in at 8 am since I had to change it. I called back 37 times to get that appointment and no answer so I demanded Dr. Kempton call me back. The husband told me if I'm at work making money then it's only fair if his wife makes money too. Terrible service as far as I'm concerned she not only lost my business, but my boyfriends, and another family of 4 that had referred me to her in the first place. She should read these reviews and see that her husband is ruining her business.
