The facility is very nice, based on my experiences with other practices. In particular, the X-rays are digital, which seems easier on the mouth than the uncomforable exposure plates all my previous dentists have used.
The fillings and crowns he has done for me have come out well, including durability and comfort of the repaired teeth, and he tested the bite until I was satisfied with how they felt.
He always seems very calm and relaxed. I find his manner a little off-putting, he acts a little too friendly for my comfort, but that may just be me.
My memory of previous dentists is imperfect, but it seems he spends less time on me than other dentists, both during routine exams and procedures.
