My experience was the worst I have ever had with a dentist, issues. First I went to this dentist because they supposedly had this new waterlase technology offering pain free cavitiy fixing, when I got to the office the equipment had been broken for months, even though this was out of network for me I went anyway to get 4 cavities dealt with 2 cavities a session. Each session took almost 2 hours, and after the first cavities were done she did not smooth out the rough edges so I had pain for 3 months after the cavitiy was done, Then the billing issues I had to pay multiple times with multiple invoices, and finally when I advised I wanted to switch dentists to a dentist in my network and miles closer to my house all of a sudden there were other charges that were supposedly charged by the insurance company that I had to pay Joy Schindler's office for in June when the services were completed in December. I was told over the phone when I advised I was going to another dentist that they waived those fees then when I went into the office I "owed" them. Reason given for billing issues was the lady doing the biling was in Idaho not Colorado and sometimes unreliable. When I advised leaving Dr. Joy argued with me about being in network.
