I really hate the customer service here. They don't know how to estimate the total cost and gave me totally wrong estimation and then charged me a lot at the end. I called them why I got so much and then they told me that it is none of their business and told me I should contact to insurance company first. But when I had consulting with them they didn't mention anything like that. My surgery went bad also. I had lots of pain for almost one month which is not normal. So overall, surgery bad and also customer service bad also. They just love my money and don't care about anything else.
