I was referred to Dr. Hendrickson by my wife who was his patient since she was a kid., he was my first dentist in a LONG time of not going to a dentist. He was very comfortable and pleasant. After not going to a dentist since I was a kid, he told me my teeth looked amazingly great but needed some basic cleaning and gingivitus to get rid of. And, no cavities. The thing that concerned me is that he had me coming back every 3 months for a check-up and/or cleaning. I asked why this needed to be done since he said my teeth were fine. He said he just wanted to "make sure" all was good with my teeth, which still didn't make sense if my teeth "looked great" and I had no cavities. Unfortunately, all of these visits began to add up since my insurance only allowed TWO visits per year and he's out-of-network for Cigna Dental. I informed he and his wife that we couldn't afford all of these visits, and they seemed unnecessary. After being past due for a short time, we paid our balance but they ended up "firing" us as clients. Dr. Hendrickson might be a good dentist, but his business practices should be questioned. Out-of-Network for insurance means we pay more, and excessive visits. NOT recommended!!!
