She recommended tons of work that was not needed, including work that has just been completed elsewhere. She pushed for cosmetic items. Her crown job was a disaster; her temporary crown messed up my gums; her permanent crown hurt my gums for another 8 months, to which she had no solution; I then had to have a root canal and pay for additional costs related to the refixing of the original crown. That crown lasted only 3 years before it fell out after an infection began to brew underneath it. Given that it never fit well over the gums, it was completely replaced by another doctor (and paid for again by me) . She also told me the insurance would pay for the work, which I believed, only to be told that this was not true, after the work was completed on the original crown. She might be a nice person and I liked her manner and patience, but that does not matter if the quality of her work is bad. I got the sense she was interested in making money and was willing to put that before my personal comfort.
