Good Grief!!! I gave Begin 4 stars for "like a health spa" because I always feel well tended, relaxed and cared for and four stars for "extremely cheap" since he charges according to insurance forms and although some insurance companies allow higher fees which would allow him to charge more at no additional cost to the patient, he sticks to the regular rates. This program won't let me give 4 stars in both categories. Even though I think his kind of financial integrity should be rewarded, I am going to change four stars to three stars because I basically don't like filling out these forms and rarely do. I've been going to Dr. Begin since 2002. I have dreadful dental problems due to medications and sjogrens so I get cleaned every 3 to 4 months. I find him kind, considerate and professional. Begin runs a one man shop because he is obsessive about patient care. If he does it, it is done to his exacting standards. Because he is pain free, I actually look forward to my dental appointments. I know he is determined I have the best possible outcomes.

About Front Desk: Dr. Begin does all his own paperwork and scheduling. As he doesn't like to have patients waiting around and he is good about estimating how long things take, I rarely even see another patient.
