This dentist does not communicate well at all. Because of her poor communication skills the work she performed was not at all what I'd asked for. The office is attractive, the instruments clean, and Dr. Jackson takes her time with patients. But she is not mature and able to easily handle matters. I ended up with a poorly constructed crown that more than 1 other dentist has told me should never have been placed in my mouth in the first place. I should ask Dr. Jackson to redo it but I'm not confident she'd get it right. I left her practice and will have another dentist redo her work when I have the money for it.
