Doesn't have much of a 'bedside manner' -- I probably haven't even had a minute's worth of conversation with him over 15 years of treatment, but I actually prefer a quick and quiet experience.
I've never had to wait more than a minute or two to see him, which means I can get back to my office in 30 minutes after a routine visit and still have time for lunch.
Office staff is terse, like he is.
