leanne, her assistant...VERY polite, helpful, personable! helped me w/ rates, metlife, faxed payment history...ALL after I just walked into the office, off the street. she could have asked me to make an appt and to come back, BUT NO...she HELPED me right there, right then!
dr. clara also sat me down and took an x-ray of my infected tooth, prescribed an antibiotic, and will take the bacteria out tomorrow (1.3.2005)!
is she good? DAMN RIGHT!
