I called to get some information regarding becoming a patient in December 2013. Dr. Shiflet himself picked up the phone which was odd, and before I could even get a sentence out he abruptly cut me off and said that he was with a patient and didnt have time. Not a good first impression and I will NOT be calling back based on that. I cannot speak on his skill level whatsoever and he may in fact be a great dentist. But based on 1st impressions he came off as rude and will NOT get my business. Maybe he was just having a bad day, I don't know but he's lost a patient wanting very extensive cosmetic work.
