Wonderful guy, wonderful dentist (with excellent musical taste), with real respect for his patients. Does not try to make them go for more treatment than needed. Very pleasant chair-side manners, not pushy, not fake. I don't know what I would do if he left town...
Appointment-making, billing and insurance help are very patient-friendly. Front desk staff all pleasant in an authentic, relaxed way.
I've been through hygenists many over the years. Vast majority are extremely gentle and pleasant, and personal. Even the less pleasant or effective among them are...pleasant and effective.
I've used the word pleasant many times in this review, but that is because it really best describes my experience with Dr. Steinlen's office over the years. Which says a lot, as far as dental situations are concerned!
