Dr. Yazdani herself is very knowledgeable and an excellent dentist; however, her staff, although exceptionally nice, makes it exceptionally difficult to get in touch with her, even in the event of an emergency requiring hospitalization when the call was placed during day-time hours (I was told she would not be able to call me back for a few days.). Separately, both myself and a friend called for more than a year to have them fill out simple insurance forms for a $3000 procedure paid for out of pocket, and hours were spent over two years getting her assistant/receptionist to fill out forms that should have taken 5 minutes. It made me never want to go back. Consequently, I am in the process of looking for a new dentist for regular procedures. She has a beautiful new office but it is less accessible for those who do not or cannot drive. I had expected her to be my dentist for years to come, and I have known people who have gone to her for years. One final note: she told me she is actively looking to focus on her TMJ and cosmetic dentistry specialty and to move away from general dentistry: the prices reflect this.
