I had Crowns done on 12/23/2008 and a week and a half later while eating a salad my crown cracked in half. It happend at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon and I called the office which was to be open until 4:00. It kept going to voicemail all day, I left about 5 messages and also drove to the office to find the doors locked and closed. I am in extreme pain and can't drink or eat. At 6pm the afterhours message finally went on and it left an emergency pager number stating that your call would be returned shortly. Since Friday I have paged these doctors about 100 times, left numerous emails and voicemails. My crowns with insurance were over 1K out of pocket and I can't even get a return call. It is now Sunday and still I have no relief, fortunately my Mom had some pain killers from when she broke her arm. I plan to arrive when the office opens in the morning and demand for them to fix my mouth, hopefully they open their doors tomorrow.
