Even though they sound sweet over the phone, they are only concerned about money.. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this place, and never will be back... The prices I was given over the phone did not at all match up to what they were trying to sell me. They are deceiving, and I never knew a dentist could successfully use the "bait n switch" technique. When Dr. Kagan FINALLY arrived, he asks how my health is, looked at the xray for 1 second, than looked in my mouth for 3 seconds.. That 4 seconds was considered an "exam" which cost about 45 bucks. The results of the exam : we don't know if you will need a filling or a crown, come back on monday and we will go from there"... After that, the lady tries to sell me there in house dental plan (like the dental plans out there arent bad enough) So for $99 a year, they will give me less than 20% off some services, which is less than a discount they would give just for being a cash paying customer. SCAM I should of known he wasn't an honest guy by the way he shakes your hand (not genuine).. So instead of pleading my case with them, which I have done in the past, I rather just let the public know to avoid this place. By the way, the one lady cleaning my teeth was sweet though, B
