I had a crown replaced. I called and asked if they took my insurance. They said yes. After my crown I got hit with a HUGE bill. When i asked about my insurance, they said they take what the insurance will give them, but i have to pay the rest, full price! Most expensive crown ever and it was just one that had to be replaced, the tooth was all prepared. I asked the dr. about it and he just shrugged and said that's what he charges. No apology for his staff saying they took my insurance, nothing. He's about money 1st and foremost. His kid goes to a very expensive private school so if you want to help pay that tuition, go for it. He plays fox news on every tv, so that tells you a little bit about the guy. Me first, money first, patients - whatever.
