Dr Rossen is an HONEST dentist. He does not try to tell you that you need work you don't. He does his own work. He does not tell you you need "Deep Cleanings" at $750.00+ per over what insurance will pay. I have referred many friends who were being ripped off by other dentists to him. He does competent work. All of his fillings and crowns are still functioning well for me. You get value for your money in this office.
