The office manager for this dentist is the rudist, most condescending, pretentious and unprofessional woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She needs a lesson in customer service. She should not be in any type of position that requires her to speak to people. Having this as the first person people come in contact with for your office is a very poor judgement call.
