I would not recommend Dr. Frankel for your dental needs. His receptionist is consistently rude, if you have a major dental issue and you find yourself in pain, he will refuse to prescribe anything, and consistently quotes a price for specific dental work and then states he never did so. If you request him call you for any reason, he will not. After terminating my relations for all these reasons, I had to file a formal complaint with the Board of Dentistry to get copy of my dental records.

About Front Desk: awful routinely consistently rude and lied about quoting pricing then said she did not; made comments about patients and their personal lives inappropriate

About Hygienist: hygienist always nice and professional
