I went to the dental office last year and I was more then pleased with the service and the staff was very nice. Last week I went again for a teeth whitening. The procedure was done by a very nice person, but there were NO results at all. I was very disappointed and was told I should wait 2 days and it would get better. Well it did not. They made me trays which I was supposed to pick up. I called in and talked with a girl called Tamara to tell her how disappointed I am in the results. I planned this whitening for quite a while and wanted it for the upcoming wedding of my daughter. I explained to her on the phone that $ 249 is a lot of money for me and how disappointed I was in not having ANY results. She was very nice on the phone and told me to come back to try it again the following Friday. I was very happy. I took 1/2 day off of work and showed up to my appointment which was TWICE confirmed by the office staff. They send me an email to confirm it plus they called me one day before. Now I am in the office and all of a sudden the same girl I talked on the phone who MADE MY APPOINTMENT !!!! came out and told me that they are not going to whiten my teeth again. I should take home my trays instead. I asked numerous times why they told me on the phone they do it again and now I am showing up they do not want to do it?????? There was no reasonable explanation given to me, other then I should try the trays. I explained to them that I do not understand and that their advertised whitening on their website promised immediate results, plus your teeth would get polished plus&. plus &.plus and they tried to make me believe that they are not responsible for the contents of their website! Plus she gave me this appointment on a Friday because I am flying out on Monday to the wedding!
I was getting upset, bending back and forth to be able to make time for this appointment, paid 3 hrs !!!! Parking in advance to then get send away?
This girl Tamara got really nasty and told me to leave or she would call the police. I asked her for her full name which she refused to give to me. I know her first name only because it was on her scrubs. By the way, the doctor was in the office right next to the reception where all this happened and did not even showed up. Last week she convinced me to get veneers after coming back from the wedding. Well, I am NOT going back there and I will let everybody know.
This is a scam for teeth whitening and I will report it to the BBB today. Beware, they are all super friendly until you have a complaint and then they practically kick you out the door!
