I made an appointment with Cheryl and received a text message that my appointment was on 11/18/2010 at 10:30am , at 10:31am while I was in the dentist parking lot, Vicky called to cancel because I was late, she was rude unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I told her that this was not a good startup, specially I was already there, and I didn't appreciate that. She didn't sound to care much.
If Dr, Stanton is unale to coach his staff toward customer service excellence, then he doesn't deserve our business. No wonder why everyone is going overseas to do their denttal procedures.
