He was ill-prepared to perform the scheduled extractions, because he apparently had not reviewed my xrays to understand which teeth were to be removed. Also he administered the N.O. anesthesia incorrectly, resulting in me not having the procedure and leaving without treatment.
The waiting room was uncomfortable and noisy due to workers moving ladders around and drilling (of all things) into the metal window frames to hang shades. Extremely un-nerving to say the least.
The only bright spot is the receptionist Jackie. If not for her, I probably would have cursed out the entire staff and ran from the office.
About Hygienist: Olga is also a bright spot in a dismal setting.
