overbilling to insurance co of actual procedures done
dentist is rarely available during visit
arbitrary cancellation of appts made
long wait time in office with no patients there
if they were not located in a strip center, they would probably have no clients. convenience was only reason we stayed....do your homework. stay away from this dentist and his office staff
About Front Desk: rude. condescending. no customer service skills
About Hygienist: only one good one in the bunch. big turnover
