Transferring to another dentist. Every time I had a procedure done it would end up costing me way more than what I was told. Poor customer service in the billing department. Debbie seems to always have an attitude when you talk her. Really liked Dr. Kirk but getting tired of feeling like re front office is trying to rip you off. Last straw was drawn when I was told 3 days before my appointment I would have to pay an additional $120 when I was originally told my last payment would be $140.
