My experience in this office started well and went downhill with each visit until I finally left. I did not have the same dentist for any of my 3, 6-month cleanings, fillings, or follow-up appointment. I did not have the same hygienist after the first two visits. I had been monitoring three small cavities for two years, and I finally decided it was time to have them filled. Dr. Sorensen was so rough that my face hurt for a week following the dental work. I had to return to the office two days after the fillings because my bite was off and there was a rough spot catching my tongue. In my opinion and experience, he should have been able to polish and smooth my teeth better using the carbon paper. Approximately three months later, I had returning sensitivity at the site of the fillings on teeth 13 and 14. I returned to this office and requested to see Dr. Carlson himself and only him from that point forward. Unfortunately, he attempted to tell me I needed a root canal ($2,000 procedure and I can't complain after because I won't be able to feel anything!)
