Dr. Salem allows his dental assistants to do major work likes crowns, and fillings. My crown came off after the 1st month and my filling came out after 6 weeks. When I went back to get the crown put back on, I complained that possible decay was under the crown due to the smell. Dr. Salem didn't seem concern and he stated no it was not. The work is shaddy. The only good thing about this office is that you can get an appointment pretty fast, sometimes the next day.
About Hygienist: The hygienist did my cleaning within 5 minutes. Impossible to have cleaned my teeth professional in 5 minutes.
