Dr. Santos is professional but unfriendly and lacking good bedside manner. Staff was pleasant but the majority only spoke when spoken to, except for the friendly receptionist. The wait time was excessive but ok since I was scheduled the same day. Dr. Santos is not gentle and created anxiety between her "roughness" and unfriendly disposition. I have had major dental work done since I was 10 years old and I can tolerate discomfort however I felt compelled to write a review due to the awful experience at this office. I only had xrays taken and cavities filled, but for some reason it was so painful and the dentist's unfriendly attitude only made it worse. It was the worst I've ever experienced in my lifetime and I've got quite a bit of experience in a dental chair. I am a very laid back person but I had so much anxiety during this visit. The worst part was that the cavity fillings were done poorly and several spots were not filled. My current dentist advised that insurance will not pay for him to fix them even though the work was not done properly. I will not be returning to Dr. Santos to fix them. I would rather pay out of pocket to have my new dentist fix them. Also, Dr. Santos' cost was 1/3 higher than my current dentist office
